By downloading or using the REACH B4U mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dreams India Foundation.
2. User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
3. Ordering & Payments
Price Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, prices listed may change due to restaurant updates or dynamic delivery fees.
Secure Checkout
All payments are handled via encrypted third-party gateways. REACH B4U does not store your full card details.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: You may cancel an order only until the restaurant has accepted it. Once the kitchen starts preparing your meal, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds: Refunds are processed only in cases of missing items, wrong orders, or significantly delayed deliveries caused by our network. Decision on refunds rests solely with the REACH B4U support team.
5. Limitation of Liability
REACH B4U acts as a technology intermediary between you, the merchant (restaurant), and the delivery partner. We are not responsible for the quality of food or hygiene standards of the participating restaurants, though we vet all partners thoroughly.
